Three ways: set up automatic charges by credit, debit, or ACH; mail your payment to the address on your invoice; or make additional payments online through the customer login or by phone.

Can I pay off my account early?

Yes, any time, with no pre-payment penalty. Log in to the customer portal or call us to get your payoff amount.

How do I file a claim on my contract?

Claims go through your contract administrator, not FiStream. Their contact information is on the notice of acceptance we sent you and in your contract documents.
