How can I access my account online?

Go to the customer login at secure.fistreampayments.com/myaccount. Your account details are on the notice of acceptance we mailed you when your payment plan was set up.

How can I make a payment?

Three ways: set up automatic charges by credit, debit, or ACH; mail your payment to the address shown on your invoice; or make additional payments online through the customer login or by calling 1-877-300-5896.

What is the current balance on my account?

Log in to the customer portal to see your current balance, payment history, and remaining payments any time.

How do I pay off my account early?

Your account with FiStream, Inc. can be paid off early at any time without a pre-payment penalty. Log in to the customer portal or call 1-877-300-5896 to get your payoff amount.

How do I file a claim on my service contract or policy?

Claims are handled by your contract or policy administrator, not FiStream. Administrator contact information is on the notice of acceptance sent by FiStream and in your contract or policy documents.

How do I cancel my service contract or policy?

To cancel, contact the seller of your contract or policy. Seller details appear on your notice of acceptance and in your contract documents. Note that accounts more than one payment past due are automatically cancelled for nonpayment.

Who do I call about a home contract vs. an auto contract?

For payment plans on home warranty contracts, call 1-877-300-5896. For payment plans on vehicle service contracts, call 1-800-827-4926.
